We had an excellent experience at CarBoys! Matt was attentive, knowledgeable, amiable and answered every question with confidence and no pressure. Once we decided on the vehicle the transaction took now more than 15 minutes. Matt’s efficiency made the entire transaction a positive experience! Thanks so much!

I was skeptical about buying a car out-of-state and online, but Matt immediately put me at ease. I found a car listed on a third-party site and Matt offered to work with me directly. He was prompt in his communication and answered all of my questions which made me feel confident in purchasing despite not being able to test drive or see the vehicle in-person. He honored the quoted delivery fee from the third-party site and offered to replace the vehicle's windshield for the same asking price. I purchased on a Thursday and got my vehicle delivered to my address on the following Sunday. It arrived in amazing condition and I am so happy with it. Ultimately, this was the most effortless car buying experience I've ever had, and I cannot recommend Matt at Car Boys enough!

*EditThe owner reached out to me personally after my review, apologized for the communication issues, and explained that he was working alone over a holiday weekend. While my experience with communication wasn't great, I do appreciate him taking the time to contact me afterward and address my concerns and would consider working with Carboys next time I'm looking for a vehicle.I'm not sure how it is to actually purchase a car from these guys, cause I never got the opportunity. I sent a detailed message to Carboys on their KSL ad as I was interested in buying an Elantra they had on their lot.i live out of town, and wanted to do most of the car buying process Remotely. Two days later I received a message that said "thanks for contacting us, I see your interested in one of our cars, come on in and check it out". I replied stating that I live out of town and can't come in. I wanted to buy the Elantra and asked a couple of questions and let him know I already had financing.... Crickets for four days... Then I receive a text saying "sorry I never saw your text, You can take the car to get it inspected! " Again, I ilive out of town. I just wanted my questions answered. . Three Days later, still no response and I text him and asked if there was anyone else that could help me. He responded with "I'm a one man show, thanks for being patient". Ok, that's understandable that he had a lot on his plate so I told him that I'd wait til he had a min to get back to me but that I was really interested in buying this car.... That was Monday. It's now Thursday morning and still haven't heard a word.. I've given up on purchasing the Elantra, and will not contact them again. They lost a really easy sale all because of lack of communication. Maybe I lucked out 🤷♀️

Matthew was so helpful and made the process of buying a previously owned car easy and stress free. We had spent several days bouncing between multiple dealerships of all sizes. Carboys is definitely top notch! Matthew answered all our questions and was beyond helpful. Wish we would have found them earlier. We can’t thank them enough and Absolutely love the car.

Can’t recommend Matt over at Car Boys enough. He is a great professional and handles your whole experience with care and respect. Never bought a car out of state but had no concern once I began coordinating with him as he walked me through the whole process. I am sure to highly recommend Matt and Car Boys for whoever is looking to purchase a car!
